Learning the Faith

"It's never too early and never too late!"

These words, attributed to St. Padre Pio by a person who travelled the world to encounter the Saint in confession, remind us of God's goodness and patience. He is always ready to receive us; it is never too early or too late to learn about God's love and respond in faith to it.

All who teach in Christ's name at Epiphany Parish strive to serve with humility and love, following Saint Paul's admonition, "To the weak I became weak, to win over the weak. I have become all things to all, to save at least some. All this I do for the sake of the gospel, so that I too may have a share in it." (1 Corinthians 9)

Anyone interested in the Catholic Faith will find an excellent source in the Catechism of the Catholic Church.  It is, as Pope John Paul II wrote in October 1992, "a sure norm for teaching the faith and thus a valid and legitimate instrument for ecclesial communion."
